Apply for a loan against property
A loan against property(LAP) is a secured loan that is sanctioned against the asset pledged as collateral. This asset can either be an owned land, a house, or any other commercial premises. The asset remains as collateral with the lender until the entire loan against property amount is repaid.

When applying for a loan against property, you will need to submit the following documents:

Latest salary slips (only for salaried applicants)

Bank account statements of the previous 3 months

PAN card and Aadhar card

Address proof

Copy of the documents of the property that is to be mortgaged

IT returns (only for salaried applicants)
